ClimateThis biome goes through 4 distinct seasons and the leaves change colour in autumn, fall off and then grow back in spring. This means there are ranges of different temperatures that the animals and plants need to adapt to.

AnimalsThe animals found in this biome include ants, bald eagle, beaver, black bear, brown bear, cardinal, deer, dhole, fox and many more. Since there are four seasons in this biome the animals would be used to living in a different range of temperatures.

Plants The plants found in this particular biome include the beech, sycamore, oak, aspen, walnut tree, lime tree, chestnut tree, birch and many more plants. These types of plants would have lived through an even a,mount of each type of weather since there are four seasons.

LocationThese biomes are found between polar and tropic regions. They can be located in the eastern United States, Canada, Europe, China, Japan, and parts of Russia. These types of biomes are becoming smaller as the populations increase around the world.

Man Made and Natural Disasters- Trees are being cut down for their value.
- Soil erosion due to incorrect chopping of trees. - The nutrients from the soil are a threat to the ocean creatures as well as underwater creatures in the river. - Acid rain which is caused by vehicles damages to leaves which causes them to produce less and fewer seeds. - Acid rain also causes trees to become more prone to diseases since their resistance level drops. |
